Orders

Our products are made in Europe and as such are despatched from Europe, at this time we use regular mail and express mail.
Hence we are at risk of postal strikes, civil unrest, war, natural disasters etc.
The delivery time frame given at check out is an estimate provided by the postal service.
Estimates are just that, so please allow a further 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Refunds

We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange of your product (stock allowing) with 14 days of your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the product after the 14 day refund period, please write to us.
Requests for refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
